PRIZES
The grand prize for contest is a photo booth rental. Date and time of use will be mutually agreed upon by the photo booth company and the winner. Length of rental is for two hours.

HOW TO ENTER
Visit our Tuxedo Junction fan page (http://www.facebook.com/tuxedojunctionusa) and "Like" us. Find and tag your picture that was taken at Brides World 2013 by our photo contest team in the photo album section.

If you do not have Facebook or do not want to tag yourself, a written or electronic entry can be submitted. For the electronic entry please e-mail info@tuxedojunction.com with the subject line You've Been Spotted Contest Entry and in the message your name, address, phone number (if preferred method of contact), date of show attended and show location. For the written entry, include your name, address, phone number and/or valid email address, date of show attended, show location on a 3x5 card and send it to: Attn: You've Been Spotted Contest Entry, Tuxedo Junction, 120 Earhart Dr, Williamsville NY, 14120. One entry allowed per person via any method.

DRAWING
Winner will be randomly chosen from the tagged & liked Tuxedo Junction Facebook Brides World 2013 photo album section & other submitted entries.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per person. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees of Tuxedo Junction (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor member of their immediate families. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cases beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner's name, voice and/or likeness for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and their related, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook is not responsible for an inability to enter the contest.

WINNERS
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify address, or the return of notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return the signed affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
